Dr. Alexandra Anufrieva

Alexandra Anufrieva focuses on International Financial and Investment Law and regulation, with a particular emphasis on advising private individuals with cross-border interests. Her work also encompasses related areas of domestic legal systems, especially where they intersect with international finance and investment matters.

Alexandra brings a diverse background that includes roles at both local and international law firms, as well as in-house leadership of legal function within the financial services sector. She also completed a traineeship in the President’s Cabinet at the EFTA Court, deepening her understanding of European legal frameworks.

She regularly advises individuals and companies on compliance strategies, legal risk mitigation, and investment planning. Her practice includes guidance on asset structuring for succession and estate planning across jurisdictions.

In addition to her legal practice, Alexandra has contributed to academia by authoring and teaching university-level courses on International Investment Law and Financial Regulation at Moscow State University.
