MLaw Mohamed Hasnaoui

Mohamed Hasnaoui advises and represents domestic and international clients in civil and commercial litigation before Swiss courts, arbitral tribunals and authorities. His practice further focuses on domestic and cross-border debt enforcement, insolvency and bankruptcy matters. He also has in-depth expertise in white-collar crime law, gained through his work on one of the largest economic criminal proceedings in recent Swiss history.

Another core pillar of Mohamed Hasnaoui’s practice is his strong focus on IT law and cybersecurity. In addition, he has advised banks and industrial clients on capital markets, anti-money-laundering law and data protection matters during his time at one of the Big Four.

He has published on various topics in civil litigation, white-collar crime and artificial intelligence. He is also a part-time lecturer in corporate and commercial law at a German university. In addition, he is actively engaged on a pro bono basis in the field of human rights and public law, representing individuals in proceedings before administrative courts and the Swiss Federal (Criminal) Court.
